You can reserve products without obligation by clicking on the ‘ADD TO BASKET’ button. You can view your shopping basket at any time by clicking on the shopping bag symbol in the top right-hand corner. Products can be removed from the shopping basket by clicking on the ‘DELETE’ button. If you wish to purchase the products in your shopping basket, click on the ‘PROCEED TO CHECKOUT’ button.

We offer various payment methods. You can pay with a VISA or Mastercard credit card, via PayPal, or on account (within Germany).

We will dispatch your order on the same working day, or at the latest on the following working day.

Delivery within Germany is free of charge for orders over €19.95. A small flat rate of €0.99 per order is charged for insurance and packaging. The shipping costs for deliveries to other countries with a minimum order value of €49.90 are €5.95 or €7.95 (depending on the country), regardless of the size or weight of your order. This only partially covers the costs incurred for postage, freight and packaging.

Yes, you can view the status of your order at any time in your personal customer account. You also have the option of tracking your shipment online as soon as it has left our warehouse. You will receive the parcel number and a link to our shipping partner’s online portal by email.

In ‘My Account’, you can view all your orders and returns under the menu item ‘Shipment Information’.

If something is missing from your delivery, please first check your delivery note to see whether all items are listed there or whether there is a note stating that parts of the order will be sent in a separate shipment. We will endeavour to correct the error as quickly as possible. We are available Monday to Friday from 9:30 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.

You have the right to cancel the contract within 14 days and return your order without giving a reason. Returns from Germany, Belgium, France, the Netherlands, Austria and Poland are free of charge. For returns from other countries, we will charge you €3.95 for shipping costs, which will be deducted directly from your refund.

You may use the attached sample withdrawal form, but this is not mandatory. To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your notification of exercising your right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period expires.

For orders within Germany, your parcel will contain a return form and a return label with our address. Please enclose these and the completed return form with your return shipment and stick the return label on the parcel. Please only use the pre-printed return label with our pre-printed address for your parcel. Returns from Germany, Belgium, France, the Netherlands, Austria and Poland are free of charge. For returns from other countries, we will charge you €3.95 for shipping costs, which will be deducted directly from your refund.

If you would like to redeem a voucher, enter the corresponding code in the ‘Voucher’ field during the ordering process.
It’s that easy:

• Select the items you want and add them to your shopping basket.
• Redeem your voucher by entering the code in the ‘Redeem voucher’ field on the last page of the order process.
• Click on ‘Redeem’ and the voucher amount will be automatically deducted from your order. The voucher code is only valid once and expires after redemption.

Please refer to the respective redemption conditions on your voucher for the period of validity and minimum purchase amount. Cash redemption and subsequent offsetting against previous orders are not possible. The voucher code must be entered during the respective order process. Please note that our vouchers can only be redeemed once per order and customer account.

Vouchers will not be refunded in the event of returns or credited proportionally to the items retained. You can place an order with us even without a customer account. All we need for delivery is your personal details, the delivery address and the billing address. A customer account makes ordering from our online shop easier. It helps you keep track of your orders. You can create a customer account here.
